One-year limited warranty

Every product sold by ATN Audio is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.

What is covered

Defects in materials or workmanship that appear under normal use within one year of the purchase date. If a covered fault is confirmed, ATN Audio will repair the product, replace it, or replace the faulty part, at our option. Where a defect is confirmed, we cover the return shipping cost.

What is not covered

• Physical damage: drops, impacts, crushed cabinets, torn grilles, bent stands
• Liquid or moisture damage, including outdoor use in rain
• Damage caused by incorrect wiring, incorrect voltage, power surges or lightning
• Damage caused by driving speakers beyond their rated power, or by an amplifier load outside the supported impedance range
• Repairs, modifications or component substitutions carried out by anyone other than ATN Audio or the manufacturer
• Normal wear on consumable and contact parts: batteries, cables, connectors, grille cloth, foam and finish
• Cosmetic marks that do not affect how the product works
• Products with a removed, altered or unreadable serial number
• Loss of use, lost bookings, or any other indirect or consequential loss

Making a claim

1. Contact us at support@atnaudio.com or +1 714 515 6969 with your order number, the product model, and a description of the fault. Photos or a short video help considerably and often let us solve it without a return.
2. Keep your proof of purchase. The warranty runs from the purchase date, so we need the order to confirm the coverage period.
3. Do not send anything back before we confirm. We will tell you whether the fault is covered and how to return the item if it needs to come back.
4. Pack the product in its original box where possible. Large speaker cabinets are easily damaged in transit, and damage caused by inadequate packing is not covered.

This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
