Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping — $8, and free on orders of $200 or more
- Express shipping — $15
Your exact rate is confirmed at checkout.
Delivery time
After processing, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days and express delivery 2–3 business days. Large or heavy items such as amplifiers and floor speakers may ship by freight carrier and can take longer; the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington DC.
For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses, contact us at support@atnaudio.com or (714) 515-6868 and we will quote shipping separately — these destinations cannot be checked out online. We do not currently ship internationally.
Heavy items
Several of our speaker cabinets weigh 40–80 lb each and ship in their own boxes. Plan for two people to receive and move them, and inspect the packaging before signing for the delivery.
Damaged in transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, note this with the carrier on delivery and contact us within 48 hours at support@atnaudio.com with photos, so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
