Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your ATN Audio purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within [15] days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories (cables, remotes, manuals, wireless mics, etc.) included
- Proof of purchase required
- A
[15%]restocking fee may apply to opened electronics (amplifiers, speakers, wireless mic systems)
Non-returnable items
- Custom/special-order equipment
- Items with signs of use or damage not caused by defect
- Opened microphone capsules (hygiene item)
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at support@atnnail.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping cost for defective units.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Return shipping cost for non-defective returns is the buyer's responsibility.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.
