Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your ATN Audio purchase. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
- The item must be in like-new condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories included — cables, remotes, manuals, wireless microphones and stands
- Proof of purchase is required
- Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return and give you the correct address
Not returnable
- Custom or special-order equipment
- Items showing signs of use, or with damage not caused by a defect
- Opened microphone capsules (hygiene item)
Who pays return shipping
- Change of mind — you pay return shipping one way
- Exchange — we cover shipping both ways
- Defective, or damaged on arrival — we cover it
Damaged or defective on arrival
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@atnaudio.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return we will tell you whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled free of charge at any time before it ships. Once it has shipped, the return conditions above apply.
Faults appearing later
Manufacturing defects that appear after the 30-day return window are covered by our one-year limited warranty, described on our Warranty page.
